Since 2010, he has been an active member of the American Council on Exercise and is a Certified Personal Trainer in Precision Nutrition, Biomechanics, Corrective Exercise, and Orthopedic Exercise. He is well-versed in and trained in Trigger Point Therapy, which can assist people in finding relief from aches and pains.

Expert Guidance

Since 2010, I have trained over 2,000 clients, and one consistent truth has emerged: everyone has imbalance. This imbalance stems from our modern, ergonomic lifestyle. We wake up in our soft beds, wear shoes to walk to the car, and then sit for hours driving to work, only to sit some more at our jobs. After a long day, we drive back home to sit again before returning to our soft beds, repeating this cycle daily. While I’m not suggesting we revert to a primitive lifestyle, we are still biologically wired as our ancestors were. We must find ways to "hack" our bodies to adapt to this ergonomic nightmare.
